I just had the best customer service experience and wanted to share my story. We are avid listeners of the RV Miles podcast. Last year, they were talking about several trip planning products that include Campendium and Roadtrippers. We knew that rates would soon be going up to subscribe so we quickly signed up for these products. Somehow, we ended up with multiple subscriptions, not truly understanding how all the products tie together. I have since realized that a Roadpass Pro account signs you in to four different products.
Campendium is a great place to research RV parks. Togo RV has a GPS tool that is RV specific for your height, and weight. You can also find online classes, a service and repair finder as well as recall alerts on your specific model. Roadtrippers is a great planning tool even if you don’t have an RV. And finally RVillage is a community of those who RV. Once you have an account at any of these tools and have linked it to your Roadpass Pro account, you can use them all.
Below is a link to the RV Miles YouTube if you want to find a lengthier explanation.
This year, we noticed two charges on the credit card, a billing for Campendium and Roadpass Pro and reached out to support to find out what was going on. I was sure it was probably a mistake made on my part in my enthusiasm to sign up last year. Well, Liz at Roadpass Digital Support took a look and verified we had multiple accounts. She canceled the more expensive one and linked everything together into one account so that next year we will renew at the lower locked in rate (I won’t tell you the $$ because you would just be jealous). I took the time to be sure I could sign in to all four applications on my phone and already I am seeing how helpful these application will be as we plan our 2023 adventures.
So yes, customer service is still alive and well and I owed it to Liz at Roadpass Pro to share my story. Roadtrippers TOGO RV Campendium
Look for all three in the app store!
